Riders' Roost Motorcycle Resort

You won't find the ROOST on the heavily trafficked tourist roads. However, we are ideally located for great day rides to many of North Carolina's tourist areas. RIDER's ROOST, located just east of the Blue Ridge Parkway near Boone, offers beauty and seclusion without giving up creature comforts. Guests of the ROOST enjoy some of the greatest riding east of the Mississippi. The Blue Ridge Parkway, a mandatory ride for any serious motorcyclist, is only minutes away and every route to the Parkway is a delight. Scenic mountain roads are in abundance. In fact, NC268 is a designated North Carolina Scenic Byway. The riding is why we are here! We will also be happy to help you lay out your day's ride for your maximum enjoyment.

NEW RESERVATION POLICY

Please call 336-973-8405 to make a reservation

  • Reservations for any accommodation (excluding tent camping) must be paid in full upon booking.
  • We understand unforeseen things come up and should you not be able to make your reservation, as long as you call and let us know ahead of time, you may apply the funds to a future stay. 
  • If you do not call to cancel your reservation, your fees are forfeited.
  • No refunds. 

Roost News!

Here is the latest on the Roost

New Pet Policy: 1) $50 per pet/per night. 2) Must show proof of up-to date shots. 3) Must stay on a leash during the entire stay. 4)Owner is responsible for cleaning up after your pet. 5) If your pet barks and disturbs other guest, you and your pet will be ask to leave. No refund will be provided. 6) If you have a "Service" dog, please bring your paperwork EXCEPTIONS: FEES DO NOT APPLY TO PETS THAT RIDE IN ON YOUR MOTORCYCLE OR ACTUAL SERVICE PETS

The ROOST sponsors several events each year!! The goal for each is to maximize yer fun and not separate ya from ya cash.

SEASONAL:
Season Opening: April 12

Closed: We drain the water pipes in early November, but if ya like to camp in the cold OR just wanna enjoy the quiet serenity of the suites during the off-season, call us!

However: The suites and penthouse is open all year.

Families with children are welcome Monday through Thursday, but children must be out by 12pm on  Thursday.

A Resort just for Motorcycles!

Motorcycle only campground. We offer cabins, bunkhouse beds, private suite and plenty of level grassy tent area with plenty of shade. Situated alongside the beautiful, peaceful, and soothing sounds of the waterfalls of Elk Creek. We furnish all linens, blankets and pillows.

Yeah we've got that!

In fact, we have almost anything the traveling biker would need but can't possibly carry. If ya don't see it, ask for it, we probably have it.
